A browser extension that uses AI to surface and reach the right candidates on job platforms.
Background
Recruiters spend hours opening candidate profiles one by one on job platforms, with the valuable signal buried in noise. Resumed embeds AI directly into that workflow—a browser extension that lives alongside the platforms they already use.
Challenge
An extension occupies only a narrow side panel and shares the screen with its host site. We had to deliver batch screening, AI summaries, multi-criteria filters, and automated outreach in a tiny canvas—while keeping the AI’s reasoning visible and trustworthy.
Action
We designed Resumed as a focused single-column side panel around a core loop—define a role, filter, review. Recruiters set criteria (title, salary, location, culture) and AI streams matching candidates with match scores and skill tags; opening one reveals an AI summary with one-tap export, message, and save. A near-monochrome palette keeps the dense information breathable, with the focus always on the person.
Results
Resumed compresses hours of manual searching into one continuous, in-context flow. By embedding AI screening and summaries into the recruiter’s existing platform, it removes the cost of tool-switching—working more like a sharp assistant at your side.
