A platform website for WAYO—custom merch at factory prices, without the tradeoffs.
Background
WAYO set out to make custom merch both cheaper and free of compromise. Producing a run of branded goods normally means trading off price, quality, minimum order, and turnaround; WAYO works factory-direct—30–50% lower prices, a 20-unit minimum, and a 2–3 week turnaround—backed by AI tools and an online design studio. Our task was a product site that convinces instantly and guides people to "start creating."
Challenge
A custom-merch site must win two mindsets at once: the impulse drawn by "cheap and fast," and the worry that cheap means lower quality. The challenge was to grab attention with bold, youthful visuals while building professional trust through clear numbers, and to organize a tangle of supply-chain capabilities into one smooth, legible scroll.
Action
We grounded it in a bright light palette with saturated indigo and oversized sans-serif headlines for confident energy. The home page leads with "You deserve merch that’s cheaper," surfacing "Start creating" and partner logos. Below, product shots call out the four "factory price" figures (30–50% lower, 2–3 weeks, 20-unit MOQ, smart sourcing), while a catalog, real testimonials, and a "Powered by tech" section build trust layer by layer; a playful product collage and a "Built for you" section make the audience clear, resolving into a newsletter footer.
Results
A custom-merch site that is both playful and credible—bold type and a bright layout grab attention, while clear numbers, layered services, and real testimonials build trust step by step toward "start creating," turning WAYO’s "factory prices, no tradeoffs" from a slogan into an entry point everyone wants to try.
